Wednesday

Another soggy day and night on the road.
I was looking forward to going out for a walk at lunch time after sitting at the computer for nearly 4hrs but the rain stopped that. It's hard getting no fresh air in the day when you are used to it.

Counselling tonight and we talked about endings....deep down I know I am ready but I am so scared of stopping.
We agreed a loose plan that can be changed at any time. The first step is going every fortnight. On the condition that I do something productive on the Wednesday I am not there. I have not to sit in the flat thinking.......Gulp.
I can't believe the amount I cried tonight.
