30th year

Lucky enough to be asked to do a pre workshop tour of Speke today (Christmas decorations workshop). So much hard work going on behind the scenes to get the hall ready for the weekend. Quite a nice touch this year as a few of the fabulous team of volunteers are celebrating their 30th year of decorating the hall. To recognise this amazing milestone, a series of golden ribbons adorn the hall, laced with pearls (30th anniversary). This lady is one of the team leaders and makes everyone feel so welcome as they join the team. Tomorrow is the first of the graduation services at the cathedral. I may sneak my camera under my robe.....have a relaxing night.
