HONORIFIC CEILING

First Step . . .  York Minster, always a special place to visit, and my attempt at looking up . . . Second Step . . . a closer look in the extra. Not the best as each was taken without a tripod or enough thought.
First Step . . . the front entrance to this Grand Minster has been surrounded by huge stone barriers against you know who. There are already metal posts there to stop vehicles . . . but at least folk are using the stones as extra seats and so they do have a sensible use . . . Second Step . . . Ironically, I entered The Minster with a rucksack . . . and nobody asked what was inside at all ! Life I no longer understand.
First Step . . . Ashes start tonight . . .  Second Step . . . hopefully sport will win . . . and not anti-social media blagging !
First Step . . . Grand news that the world famous steel producing area of Redcar has been given a major financial boost in The Budget today . . . Second Step . . . wonder why less money was not forthcoming at the time of closure to keep the industry already in place going.
