A moment to relax!

This morning there were children everywhere!  Big ones by the cathedral as we left, little ones as we went through the Maria Luisa park and more when we reached our destination!  We have been seeing huge trees dotted about Seville, in parks and I have discovered that they are Ficus elastica, our little rubber plants! First extra!

We were heading to the Plaza de España which was used in the Star Wars films.

A fantastic place!  So many ceramic tiles etc !  
We met Little Missy and family there. She had found a man making huge bubbles!

After taking even more shots we walked back into town for lunch in a good restaurant -El Pinton.  We each ordered two dishes.  I had a salmon tartare with guacamole, delicious and then a steak with three gorgeous little potatoes, each with its hat of cream and a carrot? purée!  The best steak I have ever had!

This afternoon after doing some shopping we went into the cathedral.  Magnificent, huge, gothic, a whole wall of golden scenes !  20 meters high and almost 18 across!

I lost Ro and went up the tower.  You go up 34 slopes, one for each year of Christ‘s age when he died.  Many bells at the top and wonderful views.  Also views all the way up!
