Carrot cake

Dull, wet and dark sums up today. So I retreated to cook for the freezer. 2 carrot cakes (to be iced at a later date, Yorkshire puddings, and cheese Souflees. The latter didn’t turn out too well as I think there was too much mixture. Tasted excellent, if visually unappealing.
