A Trip to Manchester

Where does the time go?  It's Wednesday already and our visit to the magnificent Bridgewater Hall was on Sunday
It was a long long trip, nearly 500 miles in total.
We went to see Karl Jenkins conducting his amazing work, The Armed Man. The first half was filled with pieces from Amadieus and other well known stuff
It was an amazing concert. And as I especially love percussion and tympani, even better as there was so much banging and clanging going on.
Bridgewater Hall is the best concert halls I've ever been in - the atmosphere is great, and the art/decoration in the foyer stunning (extras)
Sadly, I don't know if we'll ever manage to make the trip there ever again; maybe one day....
