Wide Angle Wednesday - "Railway"

Thanks to BobsBlips for hosting Wide Angle Wednesday - the challenge is to Blip something starting with "N" or "R" so railway it is....

This is the viaduct I Blipped last week, this time taken from Beaumont Park - there's a couple more in extras because I couldn't make my mind up - I plumped for this one because it feels like Huddersfield is just peeping through the trees. They all look loads better large on a black background. The autumn colours are fading, but still hanging on - not much longer in the gusty wind we have today. At least the promised torrential rain hasn't arrived, but nonetheless my trusty canine companion was a very reluctant walker today - like dragging an unwilling heifer around.

Looking across the valley reminded me of this. A quick bit of Googling revealed I have been singing the wrong lyrics for nearly 40 years!
