Running with Vicki

As it has been aparant for some time now that I am holding Ethan back, timewise, at parkrun, my faster friend Vicki had offered to run with him.

This week is Livingston parkruns 100th run and nearly double the amount of runners turned up - 507! The course isn't really ideal for that amount of runners and it was so congested at the beginning, it held Ethan and Vicki up. They still got a good time but it was 25 seconds slower than his current PB. I am loaded with the cold and felt like death warmed up, so I walked the course with Grandpa, rather than running this week.

Back at the house and Ethan came up to me with my phone, to tell me he had sent Foreveryoung a message on my Facebook account to ask if they could comment he round after gymnastics, cos he was bored! Fortunately for him, they did!
