Brownies

I've had to back-blip this one, because I've only just noticed that I never got round to uploading it on the proper day. I was aiming for something rather more appetising to show off my famous brownies, but I'm slowly realising that I'm not going to get really decent close-ups on my camera phone, let alone a macro. Another reason to tell Father Christmas what I really, REALLY want in my stocking!

These ones were made with pistachio, which is actually a lovely pale green and looks lovely inside the dark brownies, but I'm afraid the colour here doesn't do it justice. They were delicious though. All gone now.
