I am not your Mother!

I seem to have been busy all day, although, apart from an hour and a half helping out at school this morning, I cannot for the life of me think of what I have been busy doing.

It became obvious a short while ago that I wasn't going to get to the estuary or anywhere interesting for a blip so it was back to the trusty birds - there is always something entertaining going on with them.

Mother thrush is very indignant at having a baby blackbird demand food from her - she has two of her own to feed. Besides, I know that baby blackbird is quite capable of feeding itself when there is no one around to beg from.
