Morning break

At ARI for the second phase of my outpatients appointment, I had an hour to spare while the radioactive tracer did its work. The radiographer advised something "fatty" to eat which isn't advice you expect to hear from the NHS, but apparently it's just what's needed for this test. So I took myself off to the café and had a second breakfast! Weatherwise it's been an awful day - solidly grey and very wet so much so that the roads were treacherous with huge puddles of rainwater. So glad to get back safely. I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow as it's a walking day.....
