Channelling Nigella!

It may look unappetising but I watched Nigella cooking anchovy pasta last night whilst ironing and decided to develop the domestic goddess and replicate for supper tonight. It was delicious and Him Outdoors was most impressed.
That’s after two hours of Friday work first thing, a successful team meet this morning on Skype, a really positive meeting at Nottingham Uni and a gym visit! Oh how smug am I this evening !
