Rebuilding

I took this week off to get some things done and try out a new camera lens. In Skagit County there is an "Eagle Tree" which is well known by many and attracts a lot of attention by photographers and bird watchers this time of year. The nest is well over three feet in diameter and fortunately seems to hold up through the storms so the eagles can return. When the slough behind the tree fills with salmon, at times there can be 15-20 eagles in the tree taking turns getting a meal and a pretty active place to get some great pictures.
