Nature Park, Almerimar

Another glorious day.   The weather is really good for the time of year.

This morning I was picked up by my photography friend to go in search of the Flamingoes.   After some hour and half, and several stops later we found them!    However, we had to manouvre to a different position to get any photos.   They were quite some distance away and mostly all resting.   Great to see them, perhaps another time I may get a better close up!

We continued around and about, stopping and searching, waiting and watching.   It appeared they knew we were coming and made themselves scarse.   However, we managed to see some Robins, Pochard Ducks and White-headed Ducks.   All in extras, plus a lovely little bird the name of which I have forgotten!
