A good day to bake THE cake and weigh up for another, also the Christmas pudding ingredients are partially mixed in readiness to cook tomorrow. We eat less these days and Christmas pudding is rarely eaten after the main meal on Christmas day, however we like it and now I make mini pudds which are frozen and easy to reheat when the fancy takes us.
