Still time for kissing!

A rather dull short walk this afternoon was brightened up considerably when I came across a gorse bush covered in flowers. It would be spectacular anytime, but it was particularly welcome today. It brought to mind the old saying "When gorse is out of bloom, kissing is out of season" - in other words virtually never, as gorse can be found in flower at almost all times of the year. It was a bit too cold to find any insects on it, but you can't have everything!
