Look At This....!

Hard to believe on this very dreary, dull and wet November day I spotted these lovely Patio Roses in bloom again...
I know it's been very mild yesterday and today...but it's all a bit mad....!the weather that is!!!
They are under my Forsythia tree and I thought they looked pretty among the leaves....
Well, I had my first visit to a remedial massage therapist today....and I'm hopeful she will do wonders for me....
Today she worked on my back and gave me an Indian head massage....the whole process felt wonderful ..but we'll see after a couple of sessions....she said I am very stressed and tense and tender and sore from the Fibro never ending pain...
I think I would try anything! at this stage to try to regain even a fraction of my normal energy back....!
