Stillness

The day started with rain but cleared a bit this evening. No wind and with clouds to the west I thought it was high time for a vist to the Lake. It was lovely with the black swans coming in for the night. You might be able to see some blurred images in the sky. There were also a few pelicans around and large flocks of lorikeets. A pair of swallows who had a nest under this jetty and were catching insects and very busy feeding the chicks their supper. Every time the parents came in the chicks would all start piping "me me me". A lovely evening.
