Feeding on weed

A day when almost all I did was with patients. The last task was an annual "performance conversation" with a junior colleague and the service manager. I had to get out to where he works in a community based service, so I cycled out.

After finishing that I headed home, and on the way stopped off at Western Springs Lake. Only had the Canon, which I find less friendly to use for birds. But I am pleased with this one of a female putangitangi (Paradise shelduck) grazing the lake weeds.
