In the pouring rain - just me and the dog on the way down to the beach at lunchtime.

Took a nasty tumble off my bike in the late afternoon. One of those were the wheel went from under me and I ended up on the floor before I knew what hit me. A few aches and pains which I hope will sort themselves out in a day or two.
