Fatteh
I did a Nigella, but with lamb instead of beef because I associate lamb with Middle Eastern food.
It was an odd meal. It didn’t look as fancy as hers, and even though I used a lot of freshly ground cumin and coriander, it still tasted a bit bland. It was ok. I’d maybe make it again, but I’d have to do the spices differently.
