Beachcombing, Weymouth

The Bird walk today was a beach combing one and we found over 15 different species of shell. It was so therapeutic ambling along and in fact the leader, Bob Ford snow linked up to Social Services so that he is able to take people along with specific needs which seems so sensible as I feel being outside with Nature is really important.
