Where was the daylight?

Did I miss something or did Yorkshire forget to get properly light today? It's been dreary and wet all day long, it looks set to continue come Wednesday in fairly spectacular proportions!! A wet evening stroll and those crunchy crisp autumnal leaves were thoroughly soggy, slippy sludge!!

Back in my cottage now, getting warm after a very cold day in school...who knew it was acceptable to teach in your outdoor get up?! Not me, I can't as it just seems wrong to me, but several teachers did!
