Bus Challenge No 130!!

As the rain wasn’t meant to arrive until lunchtime, headed into Bristol this morning to visit the Christmas Market, the first of the season! Sadly the forecast was wrong and we got rather damp wandering around the stalls, so instead we found ourselves a cosy Alpine cabin for a warming Glühwein, also the first of the season!!

The outing didn’t get off to the best of starts as my Bus Challenge friend managed to get on the wrong bus, (things always go pear-shaped when she gets on the bus before me!) but we managed to meet up half way to Bristol. Earlier this Autumn, my direct bus service to Bristol was axed, so today’s journey involved two buses in each direction. And now they’re threatening to reduce the Bath service from three buses an hour to one. Bus Challenges really could become a challenge!
