The Path to Season's Change

It was quite warm when I left home at 600m this afternoon. However, by the time I was half way up to Villars at 1,200m, the path became very slippery, mud under the leaves, leaves under the snow, and it was very cold. It was a good route to to test Spot Gen 3, a GPS tracker, that apparently I should be wearing when I am out in the mountains alone!

My lift was delayed so I am not going to be able to comment tonight, don't you wish you had a couple of parallel lives to fit everything in?
