Public meeting

Arrived at my Mum in Law’s this morning to find it rather crowded. She is in the hospital bed in the living room with her two daughters, a carer and a district nurse. So I went for a short walk.

I see there is a public meeting in the Priory this evening. The proposed creation of two unitary authorities in Dorset including the amalgamation of Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch is a matter of intense local debate. Bell practice is cancelled.
