Crazy Fife

Whohoo! For the first time in weeks I woke on a Saturday without a headache.  Great news!

I did a lot of reading today.  One book was about diet, having done a lot of research recently on diet this book was a real eye opener.  If I only I knew then, what I know now.  I enjoyed reading.

Tried mindfulness again today, I did 5 minutes without even realising it.  I only thought a minute or so had passed.

Went to the ice hockey, Cardiff Devils were playing the Fife Flyers who are the oldest ice hockey team having started in 1938.  We were playing great and 5-1 up in the second period, we then took some penalties.  We lost the game 8-6.  Crazy!
