Trio

A very dreich day!  The rain has been pelting down non-stop.  Not to be deterred, G and I put on our rain gear and headed out.  The swan family, two parents and six cygnets, were down at the beach, so G pulled over and I opened the window for a couple of quick shots.  Lucky they were there because there was no way I was taking the camera out of the bag on our walk!  I liked this trio best of the shots I took.
We had a brisk walk down to Burgoyne Bay and were thankful for our good gear that kept us dry.  There were two seals out in the bay making snorting noises - sounded just like a horse!  It was magic -  the seals, the ducks, the seagulls, the view across to Vancouver Island - and I quite enjoyed the company too.  :) I love walking in the rain.  Lots of opportunity to do that coming up!
