After the sun had gone

No lie in for me on my day off as there was still plenty to do before my brother would be here for lunch. Initially, my entry for today was going to be some trees, which my balcony looks out on and that I'd managed to photograph just before my brother arrived. They were showing off their autumn colours in the morning sun, but they didn't look as good on the laptop as they did on the camera.

Fortunately, it had been a mostly sunny day and although I'd missed the actual sunset because Casper was keeping me busy at the time, I did succeed in capturing the sky afterwards.
