New book

When I got home from Scotland yesterday, a book I'd ordered had arrived. I'm excited to read this because I used to work with the author. I haven't seen her since the wedding of another friend we used to work with a few years ago. 

It's a retelling of King Lear set in modern India. It got great reviews with at least one saying it should have been nominated for the Booker prize.
