Evening luxury

A beautiful sunny day again, but very cold all day.  W spent some time collecting leaves, overgrown ivy and weeds from our back passage, for disposal in the brown bin which is collected tomorrow.  I didn't venture outside at all - but I did empty a box, only to largely refill it with stuff for the charity shop.

Then another lazy afternoon, reading.  And W kindly lit the wood burner.

I hope to be well enough to go back to work tomorrow, though I may have to request "light duties".
