Sunbeams over Hoy

We woke this morning not so shabby and headed out with the dogs - In to a day that was calm, still and lit with sunshine!! A nice and desperately needed respite from recent weather.

Afternoon walkies was a route from Stromness reservoir to Billia Croo, up by Breckness then Outertown back to the reservoir. It was perfect walking weather and Hoy dominated the view for most of the walk.

Gorgeous is cooking dinner tonight as i was first to find a Groatie Buckie on the shore :)
