Sunny walk

After a frosty start we enjoyed some winter sun in East Sussex. Having spent another night on the sofa - cough, cough, coughing - I wasn't feeling too energetic this morning. GravyC and ZQ ran and played rugby, then ZQ went on a practise walk for his D of E award. We decided to make the most of the lovely weather by taking Noo for a walk over the fields. Although I feel thoroughly depressed about not running for 10 days, a walk was all I could really manage.
