It was such a beautiful morning that I went out straight after breakfast;  I should really have gone before hand and then I just might have got the sunrise.  I didn't have all that long as I had things to do and that we were meeting the family for lunch. Although a wonderfully bright day it's been very cold, but I'd rather that than a damp grey day anytime.  My nephew still hasn't had any success I selling his house, but then I know these things always take time - I suppose hoping they'd be in a new home for Christmas was pushing the bounds of optimism a little bit too far.
