Trolley Dash

So today we packed Mum’s stuff into the car and started back to Kent after her week’s sojourn with me. Strangely, there seemed to be more bags heading eastwards than came this way last weekend, with more to add as we needed to do her weekly shop on the way!

We stopped at my local supermarket for coffee and shopping. This is a relatively new development, built on the lands of a former garden centre and nursery. Fortunately, at least 50% of the land has been set aside as an open space and nature reserve. With much of the shrubbery and surrounding trees still glowing with their autumn colours in the bright sunshine, I took the opportunity to grab some quick shots, before tackling the M3 and M25.
