These are but a few of the quotes in the Tibetan singing bowl at.my yoga studio. I taught my weekly 8 am Pilates class then went to pick my sweetie up at the rowing club and we all went to the local diner for breakfast. We did a few errands on the way home. I then did my barre training class then off to the pool for laps. A bit of prep in the evening for our dinner party tomorrow night. Hazelh cant be the only one having very frequent dinner parties!
