(Lemon) dreamy Saturday

Today has been blissful. After a lie-in and a glorious gym session and a sneaky shopping trip and some sofa browsing it was onto today's main event: bringing together the beautiful combination of beer and food and charity and fun.

It was a fundraiser for the ever brilliant Food Hub (who supply all the surplus food for our club) which was hosted by the Salopian Brewery (I know right, does it get much better?). An evening of some of my heros, lots of laughter, making new friends, drinking beer, a brewery tour, a raffle win (a handheld hoover - dreamy) topped off with some raucous group singing. We talked Zimbabwe and Zambia and Malaysia and Hawaii and Shropshire with some fascinating people, all whilst nursing pints of our favourite Salopian beer.
