Abbie rowed 2 events in the OBIC (Open Belgian Indoor rowing Championships) today, the dreaded 2 km and here at the start of the 500m sprint in the JW16 category.
She did the 2 km event in 8 min 20.4 secs (joined 8th place) and the 500m in 1 min 54.9 secs.
Last year the 500m was her first ever rowing event, this year she improved her time with almost 9 secs.
