Cat scratch fever

Evening all,

The old grey cat has been for an 'elderly cat check up'.
I didn't realise they actually existed,
I do now I've seen the bill,
Many pennies changed hands for some arthritis medication,
Many pennies changed hands for the examination,

And the recommendation for dental treatment for a mild tooth abcess was handed over in a folded piece of paper with a number denoting many, many,many pennies and not a blush from the vet.

Gulp.
