Great Spotted Woodpecker

Spotted this wee cutie whilst creeping round a creepy cemetery in search of birds and mushrooms. This was by far and away my best ever woodpecker encounter and I watched him flitting about in the tree tops, going about his business for a good ten minutes or so. The red spot on the back of his head gives him away as a "he".

Also spotted a nice earthstar and some super huge birch brackets.
