Red

Working on a rose that grows against this old south facing wall had advantages today. The sun on my back and the reflected warmth on my face was shared for a while by this beautiful Red Admiral butterfly.

Today started quite frosty with the temperature around 0 degrees at 7am, definitely not a night to be rough sleeping but, in Winchester, at least 6 people were, all human beings whose lives are currently in chaos.

The extra is an amazing orange coloured cloud above the rooftops as the sun set this evening.

Had a lovely evening and meal in the company of a special lady, thank you.
