Discarded

On many a lunch break a whole tub of ice cream is consumed by the gentleman in my extra picture, then sadly the container is discarded into the stream that flows into the harbour. I have confronted him on this behaviour but he shrugs and says what's the problem it will be washed out to sea and doesn't harm the fish. I mentioned an ocean full of plastic, micro beads getting into the food chain but I'm dismissed. If the tide had been out I could have picked it up but it's disheartening really!
