It’s the weekend, hurrah!

Here’s Jenner’s department store in Princes Street, blipped on my way back from a couple of meetings in Glasgow.

Known as the "Harrods of the North", it has held a Royal Warrant since 1911, and was visited by Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of its 150th anniversary in 1988. Alas, it lost its independence in 2005 when it was bought up House of Fraser.
