A cracking day

We all went to the hills between Blackburn and Burnley for some splendidly muddy orienteering. The old quarry areas on the hillside and up on the top were nicely technical. I was unable to do the running full justice as I seem to be suffering from tennis legs! - my oldest daughter beat me again!
