Mountain cattle

After the gurgling of mountain streams, my favourite sound when out walking is the tinkling of cow bells.  These animals are quite placid unless protecting a calf but they are a little daunting when they block a mountain path with no way round!  After a bit of shopping, I returned home to try to get the wiring right on the television and recorder setups.  The old skybox suddenly started working on some of the free to air channels for the first time in years since the Sky footprint changed but now it has reverted to no signal at all.  More work required.  At least I have found a way to get an old recorder working for the French channels.  A friend is coming tonight and we will discuss the bell project no doubt as he is the main mover.
