Christmas is coming

I was an early bird on day one at a Christmas market yesterday! (All I bought, however, was a much needed peg bag!!)
I have decided that,seeing it's "ín -laws" turn for my kids this year, I'd have a year off cooking and go to a hotel - but I am shocked that venues are already fully booked!!! How early do people book??
