Plant

What is this plant called? I was wondering around a garden nursery and spotted this. I have never seen one before. Looked for a name around the plant was disappointed not to find one.

I have a really horrible headache at the moment, the sort that makes you feel physically sick. The back of my neck is hurting also. Hope it shifts soon.
