Flare

After a long lie-in we bestirred ourselves and went up to the allotment. More clearing and trimming; although I did manage to sow some broad bean seeds which always cheers me up. There was a buzzard circling in the distance and a cute coal tit that kept nipping on to the bird feeder in between the sparrows, but I didn't manage to get a photo of any of them.

On our way home D called into a shop for a copy of the Herald and as I waited outside I was startled to see a bright flame in the distance. Then I realised it was only a flare from the refinery at Mossmorran.
