A Shock At Sunset

So there I was, crouched down on the edge of the sea, concentrating, trying not to go for a paddle in my training shoes, when a dog (only a little dog) decides that I should play ball with him instead of taking photos ... I didn't actually know the dog was there until he brushed up against my knees ... They say that for health reasons, you should do at least one thing a day that will make your pulse race ... I nearly had a heart attack ... :o/
