Jobs I could not be paid enough money to do!

This the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth Harbour it is 110 metres or 560 feet in height and whilst photographing it I noticed some black specks. Yes, four painters dangling from ropes, but in accordance with health and safety legislation I can see that one guy at least is wearing a hard hat.  This should save him if he falls ... yes?!!
